Preamble and Core Statements
Shenzhen Qiji Matrix Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) places great importance on your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to XIUXIN hardware devices and the XIUXIN mobile application (the “App”). Please pay special attention to the following key statements:
No Registration Required: The App does not provide an account system and does not collect your phone number, email address, or any personally identifiable information (PII).
Local Data Storage: Your health detection history is encrypted and stored solely on your local mobile device.
Instant AI Analysis: To generate detection results, the App transmits raw sensor data to cloud servers for computation. This transmission is real-time and temporary. Once the analysis is completed, no raw health data is retained on the cloud servers.
Chapter 1: Information We Collect and How We Use It
As the App operates without user accounts, we do not collect information through registration. We only process the following data strictly necessary to provide core functionality:
Local Health Data: This includes breath test raw values and locally created member profiles (such as age range and gender). This data always remains stored on your device.
Temporary Analysis Data: When you tap “Start Test,” the App transmits encrypted raw sensor data to Alibaba Cloud International servers for AI model computation and report generation. After the computation is completed, the cloud data is immediately released and is not persistently stored.
Device and Operation Information: To ensure stable hardware connectivity and basic App functionality, we may collect device model, operating system version, Bluetooth MAC address, and application crash logs. This information is not linked to your personal identity.
Chapter 2: Data Storage and Deletion
2.1 Storage Location
Your personal preferences and test history are stored only on your mobile device. AI analysis servers are located outside of mainland China (Alibaba Cloud International nodes).
2.2 Data Retention Period
Local Data: Unless you manually delete the data or uninstall the App, the data will remain on your device.
Cloud Data: AI analysis data is destroyed immediately after task completion, typically within seconds.
2.3 Uninstallation Equals Deletion
Important Notice: Because we do not store your data, uninstalling the App will result in the permanent loss of all historical records.
Chapter 3: Data Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
3.1 No Sharing or Selling
We do not sell or share your health data with any third-party advertisers or market research organizations.
3.2 Technical Service Providers
We only cooperate with Alibaba Cloud International to provide computing services. As a data processor, Alibaba Cloud is strictly bound by our security and data protection agreements.
Chapter 4: Your Rights
In accordance with applicable U.S. state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, CCPA) and international privacy standards, you have the following rights:
Right to Deletion: You may delete all information at any time by clearing the App’s local data or uninstalling the App.
Right to Control: You may disable Bluetooth, storage, or network permissions at any time through your device’s system settings.
Chapter 5: Children’s Privacy
This product is not directly intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction). If a parent or guardian creates a child profile on the local device, such data is also subject to local-only storage. We cannot access, identify, or retrieve this information from the cloud.
